Sâkêwêwak hosted three Art Crawls during the summer, where we invited Sâkêwêwak members to join us in public and relaxed settings. They attended three galleries which consisted of: “Radical Stitch” at Mackenzie Art gallery, “Each of us beloved” at Dunlop Art Gallery RPL, and “i’m remembering how tracks are made” at Neutral Ground. The purpose of these events was to create inviting spaces for members to bond with each other, build relationships, share stories and have meaningful discussions.
