The Next Wave project ran for six months as a Professional Development Workshop series created to support Indigenous artists working in Regina and the surrounding area. The series engaged established artists and curators to share their expertise and support emergent Indigenous artists through professional development workshops.

The Next Wave exhibition showcases the work of project participants. The display of pre-existing artworks acknowledges the next wave of artists and curators who live and create in and around Regina and the artistic process happening in their homes and studios.
